These are pictures from a pleasant walk with South Dorset Ramblers (thanks Mike) from Durweston near Blandford in Dorset on 10 December on a fine dry breezy day. Fortunately forecast high winds currently battering the country elsewhere did not affect us.

We stopped for a very good lunch washed down with a pint of Ringwood 'Boondoggle' bitter at The Crown at Winterborne Stickland and this lovely Rottweiler called Roxy was resident there, reminding the writer of one of his previous dogs Maggie.
